Briefly, there should always be a reason for your Press or Media Release such as any announcements, new product lines, sales, major staff promotions or hirings, etc..

Your press release should follow industry standard layout and include all relevent information including direct contact details such as email, phone number, business address and of course website URL.

Unless specified all Press and Media Releases will be marked FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE and published during business hours and within 48hrs of passing editorial review.

If a specified publishing date and time is required this should be clearly stated at the top of the Press Release and will be adhered to.

Include in your Press and Media Releases any images or links to images for use with the published Press or Media Release as well as links for Journalists to aquire further information and resources.
